TexDesign agrees to furnish services, including website design, search engine optimizing and website maintenance to our clients, subject to these terms and conditions. Our terms
of service may be changed from time to time at the our discretion, it is the responsibility
of the client to stay up-to-date on the most current version of these terms of service.
Client Agreement
Client agrees to provide all images and content, that may be required to complete website design, search engine optimizing and maintenance. TexDesign may request images and or content and it is the clients responsability to provide the requested files by postal mail or by email. Failure of client to provide files and or information may cause a delay in services and or cancelation of the clients project.
Limitation of Liability
The client’s project, is available on an “AS IS” basis. TexDesign makes no warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied, to the fitness of any service or product for a particular purpose including, without limitation, the projects, websites design, seo marketing, website maintenance, technical malfunction, loss of data, unauthorized use or access to any website or records, or other injury, damage or disruption to client.
Refund Policy
TexDesign offers non-tangible irrevocable goods and services, we do not issue refunds once an order is placed and work has been authorized by the client. All sales are final and we are unable to provide a refund. We verify orders by phone prior to billing. Once client has been billed and payment has been made. The client autherizes this work order, and agrees to this policy
Payment Policy
Payments must be made in a prompt and timely manner, our prefered choice of payments is Paypal, we will also accept checks and money orders. Late payments may occure a late fee of $15.00 per month, returned checks for insuffecient funds will occure a $30.00 fee. Please make checks or money orders payable to.
